What is Health Coaching?
This is a process where the focus is entirely on you and together we use a series of questioning and targeted techniques to go deeper into exploring the reasons why you find achieving and/or sustaining your goals difficult. We get to understand past decisions made which led to health breakdowns, rather than focus on the actions themselves and find strategies to manage these.
These become easier as you make better life choices and avoid becoming a statistic of chronic lifestyle conditions. With a coach at your side, I keep you accountable and moving forward slowly, one action at a time until success and balance is a habit. I inform, I question deeply, I am able to teach when needed. Most importantly I give you hope in the future, caring confidently for your family and ageing gracefully.
I help you establish what your values and priorities are as we explore various areas of your life,. We will often step into Life coaching as Health issues do not occur in isolation; this allows you to refocus on how to sustain health goals, your vision of why you want to achieve the goal and where your see yourself fulfilling your purpose.
I happily address groups on various topics of health, either specific or general.

Are we a good fit?
We’ll only know when we have a chat, however, questions to ask yourself so long:
- Do I truly value my health?
- What will it cost me to do nothing but continue with my poor habits?
- Am I ready to be challenged; do I value the habit I’m trying to change more than the healthier one(s)?
- Am I willing to allow myself to be questioned and guided and be held accountable for my actions.
- I understand I have to do the work on myself; wanting it isn’t good enough for new habits to form!
If the answer is Yes to most of these, then lets set up a Discovery Call and get to know each other.
